EMERGENCY OPERATION
For emergencies is an LSG team available, which can be flown by helicopter with the company Heli Holland from the Netherlands directly to the site of the leak. For this purpose, a special emergency plan has been developed, which is divided into 5 phases:
Phase 1:
Receipt of the emergency message
Phase 2:
LSG Team briefing and in case of a positive evaluation of the sealing possibility, contact with Heli Holland
Phase 3:
Departure to the accident site
Phase 4:
Sealing the leak at the accident site
Phase 5:
End of the mission and return flight of the LSG Team

Eine Katastrophe zu verhindern ist besser als eine Katastrophe zu bekämpfen. Hydrobag und Leak Stop Gun besiegeln eine einzigartige Partnerschaft.
Die Firma Hydrobag Special Products BV aus Drenthe (NL) und die deutsche Firma Leak Stop Gun GmbH sind eine einzigartige Partnerschaft eingegangen. Dadurch werden zwei innovative Produkte in ein neues System zur Katastrophenvorsorge integriert.
Hydrobag produziert Ballons aus verstärktem EPDM, einem synthetischen Gummi, der auch in der Automobil- und Bauindustrie eingesetzt wird. Leak Stop Gun ist ein weltweit patentiertes System, das plötzlich entstehende Risse und Löcher in Schiffen, Lagertanks und Rohren innerhalb von Sekunden abdichten kann.
“Durch die Kombination des Leak Stop Gun –Systems mit unserem verstärktem Ballon können wir das Austreten fast aller Gefahrstoffe stoppen”, so Wilbert Boneschansker, CFO von Hydrobag Special Products. Die kombinierten Techniken von Hydrobag und Leak Stop Gun helfen dabei, potentielle Katastrophen zu verhindern. Leider führen Ölverschmutzungen von Schiffen auf See oder in Häfen immer zu großen Umweltschäden. Auch sind die finanziellen Folgen dieser
Schäden enorm, die sich auf viele Millionen Euro belaufen.
“Vorbeugen ist besser als Heilen und die ersten Sekunden sind entscheidend”, laut
Boneschansker. Mit Leak Stop Gun wird innerhalb weniger Sekunden ein großer EPDM-Ballon unter hohem Druck in das Loch oder den Riss injiziert. Der Ballon passt sich automatisch der Form dieses Hohlraums an, so dass er geschlossen wird. “Aufgrund der besonderen Eigenschaften unseres verstärkten EPDM kann der Ballon bis zu 90 verschiedenen Chemikalien standhalten”, so Boneschansker weiter.
Die Leak Stop Gun –Technik ist preislich attraktiv und ein Muss für alle Rettungsdienste. Es ist ein unverzichtbares Werkzeug für den Rettungsdienst in Industrieparks, sollte an Bord von Schiffen nicht fehlen, und auch Feuerwehrfahrzeuge können problemlos mit dem Leak Stop Gun -System ausgestattet werden.
Hydrobag Special Products BV besitzt das exklusive Vertriebsrecht an Leak Stop Gun in den Niederlanden. Die Leak Stop Gun GmbH hat das weltweite Recht, EPDM-Ballons in ihren Produkten zu verarbeiten. Der Kooperationsvertrag zwischen den beiden Unternehmen wurde vor kurzem unterzeichnet.
